★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really amazing experience! And most worthy tour ever I’ve had!!!
The staffs were so kind and helpful, the kayak was a bit scary (cause I’m not good at handling) but the view was awesome! And they let us stayed in the benagil cave, so we could took the pictures.
I can highly recommend this experience!!
Also I already recommended it to my friend who’ll visit Lagos :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Bengali caves kayak tour, booked for 35 euros, if you go on tour own to the beach you can find it for 15. Beautiful scenery but overcrowded. Kayak guide yells at you like you were in a military camp. They make you carry the kayak uphill to the road where they load them on a trailer.

Knowing this, they still debited our money. This is simply stealing.

As soon as I booked this tour on website, the staff Luis arranged my booking and sent me all the information via whatsapp smartly and quickly. Thank you Luis.
The tour was so wonderful.
First, the staffs are nice and kind. They help you and support you from the start to end of tour.
Second, the boat is new! feel likes ride the rides.
Third, Program : this tour has 3 stages- 1.viewing the scene and caves to enjoy the nature; 2.swimming in the middle of the sea to relax and have fun; 3.speeding boat with more speedy than train to remove stress
I recommend you this tour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got rented a broken kayak! As newbies we did not have any knowledge about kayaking beforehand. We first wanted to rent the newer model but the instructor recommended us the older model because it was more “stable”. But actually he was just trying to save the new kayaks to attract more customers. It turned out that there were 2 holes in the kayak so as we were rowing in the sea, water started to enter the kayak. The kayak started sinking in the middle of the sea.
If we weren’t saved by a passing speedboat we would be stuck there in the sea…
After coming back to shore only excuses as to why it is broken and that we can’t immediately get a refund because it was booked through the website. Even though the renting from the beach is from the same owner as renting through the website.
We were then told to call the number of the “owner” in the evening. We called three times but nobody picked up the phone. No call back or anything.
In the end NO REFUND and NO APOLOGY. A horrible experience, absolutely never renting from Experitour ever again.
