★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um roupeiro dia 24.04.19, entrega + ou -15 dias, aguardei 3 semanas, informaram-me ia ser entregue na 4ª semana, numa 4ªfeira, ligaram de manhã, para ser entregue após o almoço, como trabalho, não foi possível receber, e até hoje 30.05.19, ainda não tenho o artigo nem previsão da entrega do mesmo, tenho efectuado vários telefonemas, mas sem sucesso na resolução da entrega.
I bought a wardrobe on 24.04.19, delivery + or -15 days, I waited 3 weeks, they informed me it would be delivered on the 4th week, on a Monday, called in the morning, to be delivered after lunch, as work, could not receive , and to this day 30.05.19, I still do not have the article nor forecast the delivery of it, I have made several phone calls, but without success in resolving the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local a não comprar nada nunca mais. Assistência pôs venda é coisa que não existe. Adquiri duas consolas para o hall de entrada. Uma delas desde cedo começou a mostrar problemas. Perdi a conta aos telefonemas que fiz a reclamar e até hoje já lá vão 9 meses e nada.
Uma vergonha.....
Place to never buy anything again. Assistance after sale is something that doesn't exist. I purchased two consoles for the lobby. One of them started to show problems early on. I lost count of the phone calls I made to complain and until today there have been 9 months and nothing.
A shame.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho minimamente. Os meus pais fizeram reformas extensas numa das casas e tiveram o azar de ter contratado vários items a esta empresa.
O serviço foi moroso, penoso, sem cumprimento de prazos, com vários defeitos no produto final. Alguns nem foram corrigidos correctamente. Chegou-se ao ponto de faltar uma peça por inépcia num dos guarda-fatos e no final ter sido cobrada! Os preços praticados são caros e inadequados para aquilo que foi montado.
Uma experiência bastante cara para esquecer.
I do not recommend it at all. My parents made extensive renovations in one of the houses and had the misfortune to have contracted several items to this company.
The service was slow, painful, without deadlines, with several defects in the final product. Some were not even corrected correctly. There was a point of missing a piece by ineptness in one of the wardrobes and at the end it was charged! The prices charged are expensive and unsuitable for what was set up.
A very expensive experience to forget.
