Efectuei a compra de uns óculos à 4 meses, na qual adquiri a armação que não estava incluída no valor do pack lentes/armação. A armação pássaro estes 4 meses começou a ganhar ferrugem e dirigi me à loja para efetuar a troca da mesma, porque se a armação em tão tempo já está assim, como ficaria mais 4 meses? O atendimento da loja grande foi impecável, mas na loja frente aos CTT deixa muito a desejar. Entraram logo a matar, antipáticas e com os cochichos delas onde me pareceu ouvir que "ha pessoas picuinhas" que por qualquer coisa trocam a armação. Se paguei não tenho o direito de ter as coisas como deve de ser? Não vos soube bem receber o valor total em vez de fracionado? Não recomendo.
Service much to be desired.
I made the purchase of some glasses 4 months ago, in which I acquired the frame that was not included in the price of the lens/frame pack. The bird frame started to rust for 4 months and I went to the store to change it, because if the frame has been like this for so long, how would it look for another 4 months? The service at the large store was impeccable, but at the store opposite CTT it leaves a lot to be desired. They immediately came in killing, obnoxious and with their whispers, where I seemed to hear that "there are nitpicky people" who change the frame for anything. If I paid, am I not entitled to have things as they should be? Didn't you feel good about receiving the full amount instead of fractioned? I do not recommend.
