★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To drink the beer, go to 'Quiosque Oitava Colina'. This is the location of the brewery itself. At the time I was there, they were brewing the beer. I could watch the process. Since they were busy, I didn't get an explanation. However, in most other places they would not let you in during the brewing.

A little off-the-beaten-path (and kinda hidden behind other warehouse space), but that seems to be fairly common for craft breweries that plan for growth. As of Summer 2021, you CAN have a beer here at the factory (10 different beers listed on my first visit), and they offer a small menu of snacks & pizza-by-the-slice. Seating in the warehouse, patio, or the elevated balcony on top of the small shipping-container-bar, with views of the river.
