Só consegui ser atendido, depois de lá ir duas vezes, à 3ª porque apareceu um cliente conhecedor do funcionamento.
I was on duty but had all the lights off which creates confusion.
I only managed to be seen after going there twice, on the 3rd because a client who knew how to work showed up.
