Cobraram-me na realidade 5,59€ por cada um (x3), quando me apercebi e lá voltei a pedir a devolução do dinheiro, disseram que não tinham o de 1,83€ em stock, e simplesmente tiveram a iniciativa de trocar pelo de 5,59€, sem qualquer aviso ao cliente da troca. Porque eu não avisei que queria o mais barato. Não sugeriram encomendar o medicamento, não perguntaram se preferia ir a outra farmácia. Para além disso, disseram-me que o que diz nas receitas "no máximo este medicamento custará x" que é uma média nunca actualizada e nunca é o que a pessoa paga na realidade (mentira pegada). Resumindo, não me devolveram o dinheiro e nem, pelo menos, assumiram a culpa do que fizeram. Podem ter a certeza que não volto, e vou fazer queixa das duas raparigas que me "atenderam". I went there with a prescription for a medicine (x3), which would cost €1.83 at the most. They actually charged me €5.59 for each (x3), when I realized and there I asked for the money back, they said they didn't have the €1.83 in stock, and they simply took the initiative to exchange it for €5.59, without any notice to the customer of the exchange. Because I didn't say I wanted the cheapest. They did not suggest ordering the medicine, they did not ask if I would prefer to go to another pharmacy. Furthermore, they told me that what the prescription says "at most this medicine will cost x" which is an average that is never updated and is never what the person actually pays (a lie). In short, they didn't return the money to me and they didn't at least take the blame for what they did. You can be sure I won't come back, and I'll complain about the two girls who "answered" me.

Presta um serviço de excelência com umas equipa toda ela simpática, educada e bem formada. Tive oportunidade de visitar a farmácia em dias de eventos de artigos fora do âmbito dos medicamentos, e as promoções são muito apelativas. É de aproveitar. Tiveram uma disponibilidade e serviço de excelência em todo o processo COVID mais recente o que demonstra bem a vocação para o serviço da população. Tem entrega ao domicilio, o que acrescenta valor ao serviço prestado. É uma farmácia que recomendo fortemente. This pharmacy, being recent in the area, is having a very positive implantation in the local community. It provides an excellent service with a friendly, polite and well-trained team. I had the opportunity to visit the pharmacy on days of events for items outside the scope of medicines, and the promotions are very appealing. It is to enjoy. They had excellent availability and service throughout the most recent COVID process, which clearly demonstrates their vocation for serving the population. It has home delivery, which adds value to the service provided. It is a pharmacy that I highly recommend.

O teste foi realizado de forma natural e nada agressiva e aconselho a todos realizarem o teste antigénio, de forma atempada e de preferência, com hora marcada, de forma a realizar o teste sem qualquer percalço. Recomendo, vivamente. Obrigado, senhoras farmacêuticas. Extremely friendly and fast service. Couldn't ask for better. Inês and Candida were unsurpassed in answering my requests. The test was carried out in a natural and non-aggressive way and I advise everyone to perform the antigen test, in a timely manner and preferably, with an appointment, in order to perform the test without any mishap. I heartily recommend it. Thank you pharmaceutical ladies.

Essa farmácia é uma vergonha ja é segunda vez que levo prejuízo com eles. Pharmacy with expensive prices, and professionals trained to sell you the most expensive medicines, and not what really works and weighs less on the consumer's pocket…..:poor service, unfortunate establishments like this still have this kind of attitude. This pharmacy is a disgrace, it's the second time I've taken a loss with them.

Para esta farmácia o minuto vale mais que a boa vontade. 20:01 I presented myself at the door for a SARS-COV2 test (exams ended at 20:00) due to a huge lack of will, with the nurse finishing the "last" test, I was denied the possibility. For this pharmacy, the minute is worth more than goodwill.
