★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desapontado por me terem omitido (falsas informações), depois de obter informações noutros locais, mais valia dizerem que não tinham em stock. Todos anos sempre tomo a vacina da gripe. 12 anos a trabalhar na área da saúde em Inglaterra, formação e voluntário na área de saúde em Portugal.
Disappointed that they omitted me (false information), after obtaining information elsewhere, it would be better to say that they did not have it in stock. Every year I always get the flu vaccine. 12 years working in healthcare in England, training and volunteer in healthcare in Portugal.

J'ai été mal renseigné lors de la prise de rdv et ai dû payer mon test sur place contrairement à ce qui m'avait été indiqué (je suis résident et travaille au portugal). Le test était très douloureux contrairement à ceux que j'ai fait d'en d'autres laboratoires et pharmacies. Enfin le personnel m'a indiqué que je pourrais récupérer un certificat digital en ligne sans préciser comment... Ce qui n'est pas possible dans mon cas. Bref incompétence la plus totale. Je déconseille fortement cette pharmacie.
I had to do a test to travel to France. I was poorly informed when making an appointment and had to pay for my test on the spot contrary to what had been indicated to me (I am a resident and work in Portugal). The test was very painful unlike those I did in other laboratories and pharmacies. Finally, the staff told me that I could retrieve a digital certificate online without specifying how ... which is not possible in my case. In short, the most total incompetence. I strongly advise against this pharmacy.
