The pharmacist (or technician) was super available, informative and presented viable solutions. I have no way of identifying him, because I didn't notice his identification. Suponhamos que a minha situação era urgente, o facto de não aceitarem a chamada ou simplesmente não a atenderem reflete inexperiência e falta de caracter, bem como de paciência por parte dos mesmos.
