PT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo,em 2018 foi levantado um medicamento e aparentemente a receita medica por possivel esquecimento nao foi entregue posteriormente nem efectuado o pagamento do devido medicamento,ate aqui tudo bem e envio desde ja o meu pedido de desculpa pelo sucedido,2 anos mais tarde e após o falecimento da pessoa em questao a Sra funcionária Gina andou a dizer a terceiros que o falecido devia dinheiro na farmácia inclusive o valor,acho que em vez de andarem a dizer aos outros nos informassem/relembrassem directamente que existia uma divida,a divida em questao já foi paga logo após termos tomado conhecimento por pessoas que nem sequer sao funcionários na farmácia,um desde já obrigado pelo profissionalismo,o cliente em questao tinha conta de cliente e os devidos meios de contacto e infelizmente nos 2 ultimos anos de vida passou mais tempo no HUC do que em casa,Paz á sua alma. Lack of professionalism, in 2018 a medication was raised and apparently the medical prescription for possible forgetfulness was not delivered later or the payment of the due medication was made, so far so good and I send my apology for what happened 2 years later and after the death of the person in question Mrs. employee Gina went on to tell third parties that the deceased owed money in the pharmacy including the amount, I think that instead of telling others to inform us / remind them directly that there was a debt, the debt in question it was already paid soon after we became aware of people who are not even employees in the pharmacy, one already thanks for the professionalism, the customer in question had a customer account and the necessary means of contact and unfortunately in the last 2 years of life he passed more time at HUC than at home, Peace to your soul.
