★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem procurava um produto de uma marca que esta farmácia não vende, e a reacção da pessoa que me atendeu foi surpreendente. Não demonstrou o mínimo interesse em apresentar outro produto equivalente. Aliás não demonstrou o mínimo interesse em atender-me. Acredito que as pessoas, os trabalhadores no geral, têm direito aos seus 'dias maus', no entanto não admito mais ser tratada como cliente de menor importância, principalmente em um estabelecimento que, tal como todo o ambiente da industria farmacêutica e afins, convive com um giro de capital exorbitante.
Yesterday I was looking for a product from a brand that this pharmacy does not sell, and the reaction of the person who attended me was surprising. It showed no interest in presenting another equivalent product. In fact, he didn't show the slightest interest in assisting me. I believe that people, workers in general, are entitled to their 'bad days', however I no longer accept being treated as a minor customer, especially in an establishment that, like the entire environment of the pharmaceutical and related industries, coexists with an exorbitant turnover of capital.
