A	Andrezza Carvalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive 5 minutos a tocar na farmácia drive, por volta das 9:45, e ninguém atendeu. Tive que entrar na farmácia com um bebé no colo. Perguntei a técnica auxiliar de farmácia Ana Cristina se a farmácia drive estava a funcionar, ela respondeu que entre as 9 e as 10 há muitas pessoas na farmácia e não conseguem atender a farmácia drive. Questionei outra vez e disse que já fui atendida na farmácia drive dentro desta hora (9 as 10). Pelo que a senhora de uma forma arrogante respondeu que não ouviu a campanha a tocar. Eu disse que estive 5 minutos a tocar com o carro parado em frente a farmácia drive (mas ninguém viu sequer o carro??) A senhora Ana Cristina aí disse que não ouviu a campanhia. Eu disse que toquei. E ela de uma forma agressiva, disse que não ouviu a campanhia e que a campanhia estava a funcionar e foi provar que estava a funcionar. Ela me deixou a espera, com um bebe no colo, desnecessariamente, e virou me as costas e foi tocar a campanhia para provar que eu estava a mentir. Qual a necessidade de me deixar esperando mais uma vez a ser atendida, com um bebe no colo, e ter ido tocar a campainha só para provar que eu estava a mentir? Eu não pedi que ela tocasse a campanhia. Eu não tenho necessidade de mentir, tive 5 minutos com o carro parado em frente a drivefarmacia e a tocar. Eu nunca mais vou a está farmácia, pelo facto do farmácia drive não funcionar como é suposto e pela forma arrogante que as funcionárias tratam os utentes. E meu marido já foi anteriormente a esta farmácia, na farmadrive, tocou, ele viu que as funcionárias viram e ninguém atendeu. Mais vale fechar a farmácia drive. Today I was playing at the drive pharmacy for 5 minutes, around 9:45, and no one answered. I had to go into the pharmacy with a baby in my arms. I asked the pharmacy assistant technician Ana Cristina if the drive pharmacy was working, she replied that between 9 and 10 there are many people in the pharmacy and they cannot attend to the drive pharmacy. I asked again and said that I was seen at the drive pharmacy within this hour (9 to 10). So the lady arrogantly replied that she didn't hear the campaign playing. I said I was playing for 5 minutes with the car stopped in front of the pharmacy drive (but nobody even saw the car??) Mrs. Ana Cristina there said that she didn't hear the bell. I said I did. And she aggressively said that she didn't listen to the bell and that the bell was working and she went to prove that it was working. She left me waiting, with a baby in her lap, unnecessarily, and turned her back on me and went to ring the bell to prove I was lying. What need is there to keep me waiting once more to be attended to, with a baby in my arms, and having gone to ring the bell just to prove that I was lying? I didn't ask her to ring the bell. I have no need to lie, I had 5 minutes with the car stopped in front of the drivepharmacy and playing. I never go to this pharmacy again, because the pharmacy drive does not work as it is supposed to and because of the arrogant way that the employees treat the users. And my husband has been to this pharmacy before, on the farmdrive, it rang, he saw that the employees saw it and no one answered. Better to close the drive pharmacy.

Muitas vezes não tem os medicamentos de que preciso. É péssimo mesmo Farmadrive just doesn't work. Better close. Mothers with babies in arms are better off going to the farmdrive to mem Martins. They often don't have the medications I need. it's really bad

Felizmente nem a um km existem outras farmácias. Terrible attendance. I went to this pharmacy for the first time and swore never again. Terrible service and a huge dislike. Fortunately not a km away there are other pharmacies.

Parabéns pela esta farmácia, esta muito bem localizada e seguramente q ajuda muita gente nas aldeias vizinhas. I was born in Lourel in 66, I went abroad and in September I went to this pharmacy and they took care of me very well. Congratulations on this pharmacy, it is very well located and it certainly helps a lot of people in the neighboring villages.
A	Agata Ramalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam 2 embalagens de um medicamento por 12€ que no máximo deveria de ter custado 2€ quando voltei a farmácia alegaram que era o mais barato que tinham disponível. Recusaram a devolução do dinheiro na entrega da embalagem. Não informam no acto da compra. Atenção They sold 2 packages of a medicine for €12 which at most should have cost €2 when I went back to the pharmacy they claimed it was the cheapest they had available. They refused to return the money upon delivery of the package. Do not inform when purchasing. Heads up

Sem filas de espera no drive da farmácia e muito atenciosa a colaboradora Cláudia ! Parabéns pela eficiência!!! Questionei a funcionária que me respondeu que sabia mas ainda não tinha tido tempo para tratar do "assunto". Escrevo este comentário porque de todas as vezes que fui a esta farmácia, os funcionários sempre foram arrogantes e antipáticos. A sadness! New facilities but bad service. The last time I went there it was 9:15 am and there was no hand sanitizer at the entrance. I questioned the employee who replied that she knew but had not yet had time to deal with the "matter". I write this review because every time I have been to this pharmacy, the staff have always been arrogant and unsympathetic.

She helped me so much and I appreciated the fact that she spent time explaining to me the different products that help with stress and anxiety. They also sell rescue remedy here which is great. On my second visit we spent a lot of time getting a Bach flowers remedy for myself and my husband for stress and anxiety. I am just blown away by the service and friendly people here. Thank you for all your help! ?
