★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numa altura em que a recomendação da DGS é estar o mínimo tempo possível dentro das lojas, tive de vir embora após estar imenso tempo à espera porque a pessoa que estava a atender achou por bem estar em amena cavaqueira com a única cliente que tinha.
At a time when the recommendation of the DGS is to stay as little time as possible inside the stores, I had to leave after waiting a lot of time because the person who was answering thought it was good to be in pleasant chat with the only customer I had.

The friendliness of the employee who attended was very insufficient. Insufficient cleanliness and condition of the establishment. Adequacy of the product delivered to the order, sufficient. Adequacy of waiting time, very insufficient. Likely to return to this establishment soon, very unlikely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento telefonico. A pessoa que me atendeu e me marcou o teste covid era muito antipática e marcou me para um dia que afinal nao era possivel. A razao: " estamos em periodo de ferias, nao da para controlar" inadmissivel, nunca hei de ir a esta farmacia!
Terrible phone service. The person who attended me and set me up for the covid test was very unfriendly and set me up for a day that was not possible after all. The reason: "we're on vacation, you can't control it" is inadmissible, I'll never go to this pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 minutos de espera (só tinham uma pessoa a atender e uma fila enorme) e no fim nem tinham os medicamentos que precisava na farmácia. Observei as 3 pessoas antes de mim e a todas foi dito que tinham de voltar amanhã para algum medicamento. Senhora a atender paciente mas toda a experiência super frustrante.
50 minutes of waiting (there was only one person to attend and a huge line) and in the end they didn't even have the medicines they needed at the pharmacy. I watched the 3 people before me and they were all told they had to come back tomorrow for some medicine. Lady attending patient but the whole experience was super frustrating.
