Liguei cerca de 30 vezes e ninguém atendeu, desloquei-me á farmácia e estavam as 3 farmacêuticas a conversar, sem uma única pessoa à espera. Inacreditável. They don't answer the phones... I called about 30 times and no one answered, I went to the pharmacy and the 3 pharmacists were talking, without a single person waiting. Unbelievable.

Adorei todo o atendimento desde a marcação até à entrega do resultado. Apesar de ser longe de minha casa é aqui que irei sempre que necessitar. Parabéns e obrigada It was the first visit, I had to take a Covi test in order to visit my Father who is hospitalized. I loved all the service from booking to delivery of the result. Despite being far from my home, this is where I will go whenever I need to. congratulations and thanks

É rara a empregada que é simpática, tirando uma rapariga mais nova, de resto andam sempre de mau humor e de trombas. Hoje comecei a tomar um medicamento novo e fui atendida pela funcionária Cátia (Fernandes?) que nem me soube explicar os efeitos que aquele medicamento tinha, passou o atendimento todo com más respostas e má vontade. Se não gostam daquilo que façam mudem de profissão, as pessoas não têm culpa. Nunca mais vou a esta farmácia. I don't understand how people who work in pharmacies can be so obnoxious. It's rare for the maid who is nice, apart from a younger girl, otherwise they're always in a bad mood and their trunks. Today I started taking a new medication and I was seen by the employee Cátia (Fernandes?) who didn't even know how to explain to me the effects that that medication had, she spent the entire service with bad responses and ill will. If they don't like what they do, change professions, it's not people's fault. I will never go to this pharmacy again.
