Perderam pelo menos dois clientes.
They delivered the wrong item (high value) and refused to exchange it, 30 minutes after purchase. Inflexibility and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude staff today. I have been there multiple times and it is usually ok (not the best customer service fore sure but alright). Today was the worst. I was there with my sister with a DIGITALLY SIGNED prescription from the psychiatrist, sent exactly 4 days ago after the medical appointment, and the pharmacist refused to accept the prescription insinuating it was not valid and could be falsified and used multiples times (again, it was emitted 4 days ago) and never even looked at the doctor’s signature or tried to scan the codes (just said it wouldn’t work but never tried). We explained we have bought with the same type of prescription in previous months, at the same pharmacy, and she still refused to listen and refused to sell the medicine. On top of this the lady was extra rude to us. Not coming back.
