★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive demasiado tempo à espera enquanto um casal "sénior" estava basicamente a ter uma consulta "médica" e a falarem da sua vida, a farmácia não é o terreiro da igreja onde as pessoas colocam a conversa em dia, compreendo que aconteça, mas quando existe fila, o farmacêutico deve atender o cliente objectivamente para que a fila não se mantenha por tempo excessivo
I've been waiting too long while a "senior" couple were basically having a "medical" appointment and talking about their lives, the pharmacy is not the church yard where people put their conversation up, I understand, but when there is a queue, the pharmacist must answer the customer objectively so that the queue does not stay for too long
