★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo de 5 vezes que fui lá de cada receita só um ou as vezes nenhum artigo havia e Dizem não há esta esgotado vou ao lado teem tudo e depois dizem que ainda duvidamos da palavra deles e a senhora que me atendeu já tem idade para saber falar pois não aceitou eu dizer que tem havido muitas falhas de medicação e que ao lado havia e ficou de burrinho mas enfim devia fechar e haver só uma ao pé da igreja sim tem é atendimento 5 estrelas pois não lavam roupa ao balcão como na outra parece a feira enfim estamos cada vez pior...
Bad 5 times I went there for each recipe only one or sometimes no article and they say there is no item out of stock I go next door and then they say that we still doubt their word and the lady who attended me is old enough to know how to speak because she didn't accept me saying that there have been many medication failures and that there was a donkey on the side, but finally it should close and there is only one at the foot of the church. Finally, we are getting worse...

Aqui os colaboradores não são máquinas de aviar receitas e têm sempre tempo para falar com as pessoas e até prestar esclarecimentos a dúvidas que surjam inclusivé na medicação. Não nos sentimos mais um número para ser atendido. Muita gente precisava era de uma boa lição de civismo, em vez de falar só da boca para fora e, pior ainda falar da concorrência.... Enfim.... Ainda estamos a anos luz acerca de mudar mentalidades e a compreensão, mas é impossível entrar na cabeça das pessoas.... por vezes esqueço-me que estou em Portugal, é o que temos.....
5 star service. Here collaborators are not machines of avian recipes and they always have time to speak with the people and until to clarify to doubts that arise even in the medication. We no longer feel a number to be attended to. A lot of people needed a good lesson in civility, instead of just talking out of their mouths and worse, talking about the competition .... Anyway .... We are still light years away from changing mindsets and understanding, but it's impossible to get into people's heads .... sometimes I forget that I'm in Portugal, that's what we have .....
