★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos farmacêuticos deu a medicação errada ao meu avô que não sabe ler. Se a minha mãe não tivesse visto que a medicação estava trocada, algo de mau podia ter acontecido. Seja por distracção ou por não se preocupar com essas coisas, esse erro aconteceu e, quem sabe, não possa também já ter acontecido a outras pessoas.
One of the pharmacists gave the wrong medication to my grandfather who can not read. If my mother had not seen that the medication was changed, something bad could have happened. Whether it be by distraction or by not worrying about these things, this mistake has happened and, perhaps, may not have happened to other people as well.
