- Bad on answering the phone and returning.
- Returned by email 1 week after request.
- Integrity was deficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an apartment in Armação de Pêra in March and my real estate agent Lina was very professional. We looked at a lot of apartments in Albufeira and many of them were nice but not for me. Lina suggested looking in Armação de Pêra and there it was. Directly inside the door it felt right.
Because of Corona I could not go down for contract writing or any papers but together with their lawyer everything was taken care of for me. The lawyer has set up a direct debit on electricity / water and Lina was in the apartment after it became empty and sent me videos.
Now I'm just waiting for Corona to disappear and then the move starts.
Top marks to Lina for her professional and nice manner which also led to many good laughs
