I am working from time to time in Portugal and they are a real mess!
Shipments are not picked up on time or are geting lost.
No traceability no quality control.
They should probably change their name to something like Fodex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and one envelope which is consist of my birth certificate. Didn't get delivered until now. Already 20 days more than the time of arrival. Call them they don't know anything. If you need something urgent and have appointment for something important where you need something urgent, then don't trust this company. Horrible service. My tracking number is 502360729557, y'all can check from how long it's stuck. An envelope.........

I've been waiting for a delivery since 22/12/2021. The courier never passed in front of my door... and they put in their tracking APP that "Customer not available or business closed" (same history on the 23 and on the 27th )
I've called their services, they say that they are sorry, they will see what they can do... (which is nothing, because they simply don't care) .
Honestly... only use the services if it is your LAST RESOURCE
