A vivenda era efectivamente fantástica com todas as comodidades necessárias para 15 dias de descanso.
No entanto, houveram várias falhas que para o preço e standard não podem acontecer.
Começando pelas camas e almofadas que eram simplesmente desconfortáveis e minúsculas típicas dos anos 20, deviam ter 80cm de largura. Todos os convidados sem exceção dormiram mal, o que prejudica as férias.
As primeiras chaves que nos deram (sim só um conjunto se chaves para uma villa com 4 quartos) não funcionava a do portão pequeno, ou entrávamos pelo portão ou saltávamos a cerca. Nas segundas não funcionava o comando.
Quando foi pedido um late check out (pois é às 10h00), foi imediatamente recusado apesar do check in ter sido feito depois das 18h00, pois ainda estavam a limpar quando chegamos (está estipulado às 16h00).
After paying about 16k € for 2 weeks in a villa, you would expect a luxurious, relaxing and worry-free experience.
The villa was really fantastic with all the necessary amenities for 15 days of rest.
However, there were several flaws that for the price and standard cannot happen.
Starting with the beds and pillows that were simply uncomfortable and tiny typical of the 1920s, they must have been 80cm wide. All guests without exception slept badly, which hampers the holidays.
The first keys they gave us (only one set if keys for a 4 bedroom villa) did not work for the small gate, either we entered through the gate or jumped over the fence. On Mondays the command didn't work.
When a late check out was requested (as it is at 10 am), it was immediately refused even though the check in was done after 6 pm, as they were still cleaning when we arrived (it is stipulated at 4 pm).
