★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com um vasto histórico de despedimentos colectivos. Utilizam 3 ou 4 empresas de trabalho temporário para contratar trabalhadores 1 mês e mandar embora. Não é um trabalho seguro para quem quer longevidade no trabalho. A empresa só tem 7 pessoas efectivas (em 50).
Não valorizam quem trabalha a sério. E salário mínimo é garantido para sempre.
Não pagam subsídio de alimentação, embora forneçam alimentação numa cantina. Daí dar uma estrela, porque se a comida não fosse boa, eu não deixaria nenhuma!
Company with a vast history of collective redundancies. They use 3 or 4 temporary work companies to hire workers for 1 month and send them away. It's not a safe job for someone who wants longevity on the job. The company only has 7 effective people (out of 50).
They don't value people who work seriously. And minimum wage is guaranteed forever.
They do not pay food allowance, although they provide food in a canteen. Hence giving one star, because if the food wasn't good, I wouldn't leave any!
