★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é muito bonito mas o atendimento é péssimo. Pedi um café normal e trouxeram me o café mais curto que já vi. Quando pedi para me tirarem outro, educadamente obvio porque sei que as pessoas estão a trabalhar e tenho respeito assim como é normal acontecer , tiraram sem problemas. Até aqui tudo normal. Quando o meu namorado vai a pagar é que mais tarde me diz que eles claramente cobraram mais um café, o primeiro que me tinham tirado, sendo que a pessoa que o tirou sabe obviamente que o tirou errado e eu não pedi um segundo cafe pedi apenas que me tirassem como eu pedi. Gostaria de saber que raio de sítio faz algo do género sem se quer justificar o porquê ou sequer mencionar que teria de pagar pelo cafe quando o tirou. O dinheiro não é o importante podia ser um café ou outra coisa qualquer mas trata-se de ética e de ser -se malicioso coisa que esta pessoa completamente foi por ter cobrado algo a mais que ela própria tirou errado e nem sequer dizer.
The place is very beautiful but the service is terrible. I ordered a normal coffee and they brought me the shortest coffee I have ever seen. When I asked to get another one, politely obvious because I know people are working and I have respect just as it is normal, they took it without any problems. So far so normal. When my boyfriend goes to pay, he later tells me that they clearly charged for another coffee, the first one they had taken me, and the person who took it obviously knows he got it wrong and I didn't order a second coffee I just asked to be taken away as I asked. I wonder what radius of the place does something like that without justifying why or even mentioning that you would have to pay for the cafe when you took it. Money is not the important thing it could be a coffee or something but it is about ethics and being malicious thing that this person completely went for having charged something extra that he himself took wrong and not even say.
