Segunda vez, bastante mau serviço de pneus, colocaram-me uma valvula nova maior do que as outras 3 que tinha, devido a terem estragado ao retirar pneu. Riscaram também a jante sem avisarem o cliente.
Muito mau serviço na segunda vez!
Recomendo que dêem formação ao pessoal mais novo/não os deixarem trocar pneus em jantes grandes.
Contudo nas mãos de alguém q sabe são muito bons profissionais!
First time I went to this workshop I just have to say very good! friendly and professional staff!
Second time, very bad tire service, they put me a new valve bigger than the other 3 I had, due to having spoiled when removing the tire. They also scratched the rim without notifying the customer.
Very bad service the second time!
I recommend training the younger staff / not letting them change tires on large wheels.
However in the hands of someone who knows they are very good professionals!
