★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá nesta loja e foi me aconselhado a impermeabilização e protecção anti-nodoas válida por 5 anos. Lamentávelmente o sofá foi me entregue sem a devida impermeabilização e após surgimento de uma nódoa os mesmos recusam-se a limpar. A resolução da nódoa nunca foi resolvida após apresentar a devida reclamação. Não aconselho a loja.
 I bought a sofa at this store and was advised to have waterproofing and anti-stain protection valid for 5 years. Regrettably, the sofa was delivered to me without the proper waterproofing and after the appearance of a stain they refuse to clean it. The stain resolution was never resolved after filing the due claim. I don't advise the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento ter tentado comprar um sofá nesta loja. Depois de 3 meses de espera e quando a entrega estava agendada, não é que ligam a dizer que o sofá está danificado e não podem entregar. Ou escolho outro ou devolução do dinheiro. Muito mau, que falta de profissionalismo. Do pessoal nada a dizer, sempre bem atendido, agora tive 3 meses sem dinheiro e no final tenho de iniciar o processo, mas já não será nesta loja.
I'm sorry I tried to buy a sofa in this store. After 3 months of waiting and when delivery was scheduled, they don't call to say that the sofa is damaged and they can't deliver. Either I choose another one or my money back. Too bad, what a lack of professionalism. Nothing to say about the staff, always well attended, now I've had 3 months without money and in the end I have to start the process, but it won't be in this store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá dia 29 de Novembro a entrega era 3 a 5 dias úteis, neste caso até dia 6 de Dezembro. Dia 9 liguei ao que me informaram que seria entrega na próxima semana de 13 a 17. Dia 14 liguei novamente fui mal atendida a senhora foi arrogante mal criada e desligou me o telemóvel na cara voltei a ligar a mesma senhora voltou a atender e desligou me mais uma vez o telemóvel na cara a 3 tentativa informaram me que seria entregue entre segunda e terça (hoje) voltei a ligar e supostamente agora está para dia 23. Péssimo atendimento e mal criados não tem informação nenhuma não cumprem prazos mas o meu dinheiro está ai desde o dia 29 de Novembro
I bought a sofa on the 29th of November the delivery was 3 to 5 working days, in this case until the 6th of December. On the 9th I called what was informed that it would be delivery next week from the 13th to the 17th. On the 14th I called again I was poorly attended the lady was arrogant, poorly raised and turned off the phone on my face I called again the same lady answered the phone again and turned me off once again the phone in my face after 3 attempts they informed me that it would be delivered between Monday and Tuesday (today) I called again and supposedly now it's for the 23rd. there since the 29th of November

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de moveis onde eu pensava pelo nome que o sofa era rei, mas infelizmente assim nao é existe alguns modelos mas a oferta não é muito grande.
Pelo nome pensa-se, ou pelo menos eu penso, que vou aquele local e aparece uma solução de fabricação de um sofa de deteminado estilo, mas qual é o meu espanto quando ouço à esse não dá, à esse só vendemos o conjunto à esse não dá para fazer eletrico.
Assim e nao minha opinião penso que o deveria ser mudado o nome da loja.
Noto que esta é simplesmente a minha opinião mas confesso não gostei
Furniture store where I thought by name that the sofa was king, but unfortunately there are some models but the offer is not very big.
By the name you think, or at least I think, that I go to that place and a solution for manufacturing a sofa of a certain style appears, but what is my surprise when I hear this one? you can't make electric.
So and not in my opinion I think the store name should be changed.
I notice that this is simply my opinion but I confess I didn't like it.
