★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoas na loja muito simpáticas e prestáveis mas o apoio ao cliente é um desastre.
Foi me entregue um sofá com defeitos que não foram detectados na entrega, fiz reclamação no dia seguinte a esta, não me arranjaram solução e ainda me disseram que se tinha defeitos que teria sido eu a danificar o sofá uma vez que tinha assinado o papel da entrega nas perfeitas condições.
Muita atenção quando receberem os vossos artigos, há muito casos sem resolução desta empresa.
 People in store very friendly and helpful but customer support is a disaster.
I was given a sofa with defects that were not detected on delivery, I made a complaint the day after this one, they did not find a solution and they even told me that if I had defects it would have been me to damage the sofa since I had signed the paper of the delivery in perfect condition.
Pay attention when you receive your articles, there are many unresolved cases from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após um dia do pedido tentei anular a encomenda e não deixaram. Estão no direito deles. Mas depois, com uma data de entrega de 1 a 2 semanas (artigo estava em exposição na loja!) só a recebi passado 3 semanas por muita insistência da minha parte que necessitava mesmo do artigo.
Além disso, quando recebi o artigo, indo ao site, verifiquei que o mesmo artigo por menos 30 ou 40€... Impressionante!! Nunca mais.
After a day of ordering I tried to cancel the order and they didn't. They are in their right. But then, with a delivery date of 1 to 2 weeks (item was on display in the store!) I only received it after 3 weeks because of my insistence that I really needed the item.
Also, when I received the article, going to the website, I found that the same article for less 30 or 40€... Impressive!! Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou duas estrelas só mesmo pela simpatia e profissionalismo dos profissionais.... É um espaço com pouca oferta (para o que publicitam) com preços muito altos, mesmo com promoções. Para além do mais fica impossível ver e comprar quando não têm um aquecimento central a trabalhar - digamos que conseguia ter mais frio dentro do armazém do que na rua. Até fico com pena dos trabalhadores.
I give two stars just for the friendliness and professionalism of the professionals.... It is a space with little offer (for what they advertise) with very high prices, even with promotions. Furthermore, it's impossible to see and buy when you don't have a central heating working - let's say it could be cooler inside the warehouse than outside. I even feel sorry for the workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa positiva é realmente a simpatia dos colaboradores porque de resto. Não recomendo de todo esta cadeia que realmente se degradou bastante. Sempre comprámos sofás,colchões etc na feira dos sofás e nada parecido com o que se verificou agora. A pandemia tem sido desculpa para muita coisa! Encomendei uma sala que ao fim de vários telefonemas para saber o que se passava ninguém sabia. Pela 3a vez quando ligou dizem-me que o material já chegou. Ao fim de uma semana nada de entrega. Liguei novamente e afinal não havia sala nenhuma porque não havia stock. O sofá ? Bom por um sofá estou à espera hà 2 meses... simplesmente lamentável.
The only positive thing is really the friendliness of the collaborators because of the rest. I don't recommend this chain at all, which has really deteriorated a lot. We always bought sofas, mattresses etc at the sofa fair and nothing like what happened now. The pandemic has been an excuse for a lot! I ordered a room that after several phone calls to find out what was going on nobody knew. For the 3rd time when I called they tell me that the material has arrived. After a week, no delivery. I called again and after all there was no room because there was no stock. The couch ? Well, I've been waiting for a sofa for 2 months... simply regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente péssimo! Comprei um sofá no dia 1 de Outubro e como quis mudar o sítio da chaise-long disseram-me que iria demorar no máximo até 4 semanas a ser entregue. Hoje é dia 25 de Novembro e sempre que ligo para o apoio ao cliente para além de demorarem uns 20 minutos a atenderem dizem-me que tenho de "ter paciência e esperar" e que "está na lista de espera para ser enviado". É vergonhoso a falta de ética profissional que esta empresa apresenta.
Simply awful! I bought a sofa on October 1st and as I wanted to change the location of the chaise-long they told me it would take a maximum of 4 weeks to be delivered. Today is the 25th of November and whenever I call customer support, in addition to taking 20 minutes to answer, they tell me that I have to "have patience and wait" and that "it's on the waiting list to be sent". The lack of professional ethics that this company presents is shameful.

A escolha de sofás foi fácil, dada a variedade exposta e a disponibilidade do pessoal, ao prestar toda a informação para uma boa aquisição, a um bom preço e qualidade.
Fiquei satisfeito.
It is a well established firm in Portugal, with several points of sale.
The choice of sofas was easy, given the variety on display and the availability of the staff, who provided all the information for a good purchase, at a good price and quality.
I was satisfied.
