Tive de ficar 6 dias à espera para ser atendido, embora não seja fácil ,
pois não conseguia mastigar confortávelmente ,lá fui atendido pelo Sr João
Alves.
disse-me que demoraria algum tempo,NÂO TIROU QUAISQUER MOLDES
"soldou" e dente e colocou-me a protese na boca,não me senti
confortável e foi-me retirada a protese ao qual creio foi desbastado o excesso de acrilico que me magoava ,colocou-se novamente a protese,
paguei 40,00 euros e saí.
NEM ME FOI FACILITADO UM ESPELHO PARA VER COMO TINHA FICADO O DENTE.
Ao chegar ao carro vejo ao espelho o trabalho e verifico o dente TORTO
E DESVIADO DA GENGIVA.
PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO DE MÁ VONTADE E A DESPACHAR.
Tive de ir a outro protésico que tirou moldes retirou o dente mal colocado e estragado e fez o serviço impecável.
Tive de pagar o serviço de novo e mais um dente novo.
Não voltarei de certeza ao Fernandes e Guimarães.
In an emergency (skeletal prosthesis with a loose tooth)
I had to wait 6 days to be attended, although not easy,
because I couldn't chew comfortably, I was attended by Mr. João
Alves
told me it would take some time, DIDN'T TAKE ANY MOLDS
"soldered" and tooth and put the prosthesis in my mouth, I didn't feel
comfortable and I was removed the prosthesis which I believe was thinned the excess acrylic that hurt me, the prosthesis was placed again,
I paid 40.00 euros and left.
I WASN'T FACILITATED A MIRROR TO SEE HOW THE TOOTH HAD BEEN.
When I get to the car I see the work in the mirror and check the tooth.
And deviated from the gingiva.
BAD SERVICE OF BAD AND UNPACKING.
I had to go to another prosthetic who took molds, removed the badly placed and damaged tooth and did the job impeccably.
I had to pay for the service again and another new tooth.
I will certainly not return to Fernandes and Guimarães.
