Pedimos opinião externa e mostraram-nos o problema: a caixilharia foi mal colocada(está torta) deixando entrar água. Explicamos o mesmo ao dono, que continua sem cá vir. A
água é tanta que já nem se pode ligar a luz e as fichas estão em curto-circuito. Não recomendo de todo
 Terrible!!! My mother put window frames and blinds in the kitchen two and a half years ago, and there is water, lots of water. Após 9 meses de ter adjudicado umas grades em ferro, e após varias idas à oficina para saber como estava o processo, foi-me dito que o material tinha sido roubado na metalização. Após pedir explicações e exigir factos, indicaram-me que era mentira e que afinal não tinham o trabalho feito. Prometeram fazer o trabalho até 30/09, e no inicio de Outubro ainda não o tinham começado e sem dar qualquer explicação ou telefonema. Nunca Mais!
Terrible service from the management. After 9 months of having awarded some iron grids, and after several visits to the workshop to find out how the process was going, I was told that the material had been stolen in the metallization process. After asking for explanations and demanding facts, they told me it was a lie and that they didn't have the job done after all. They promised to do the work by September 30, and by the beginning of October they hadn't started it yet and without giving any explanation or phone call. Never!
