Unlike other years, when they held the festival where they didn't bother anyone, this year they came to put the stages right in front of my house, on a street where hundreds of people live; that, of course, they won't have peace during the festival, until late at night. But it's not just the organization's fault: whoever authorized this should have looked at the city map beforehand.

Announced by the upcoming festival "According to the DGS guidance published on 10/5/2021, the use of a mask in the venue space is mandatory." From the images you can see that it is not being fulfilled. I have 3 tickets, but I don't intend to go to a festival that doesn't comply with the mandatory security measures announced by the festival itself. How do I get my ticket money back?

Shameful what the organization of this festival has done to its audience this year. I felt like a victim of robbery, neglect and cheating all at the same time. I keep waiting to hear an apology or justification for the chaos they've created. They wanted to sell more tickets but didn't want to prepare the infrastructure for that, such was their greed. Regarding art, I didn't find any impressive installations as I used to see in Oeiras when the ticket cost €2 instead of the current €18 + €5 (approx.) for undisclosed costs. big disappointment

The festival lost the spirit in which it was conceived, another mainstream event like so many others. What is the idea of forcing the purchase of an access card to consume in the space? €1,50 non-refundable?? + cup ?? electronic payment cards do not work?? someone profited from this and it wasn't the merchants who also expressed displeasure with the idea. When so much is said about sustainability, all this plastic that was generated goes against all principles. It should be noted the lack of consideration for all the people who spent at least 18€ to go to the festival and there were no chillout spaces or any comfort spaces, there was no lack of space, neither was dust. To top it off, there is information that the amount accumulated on the card and which was not used would be returned but with the payment of a fee of €1!? it so happens that i tried and the information i had was that the card number is not valid, i ask the organization will solve it and return the amount to me?? We really are in a country of entrepreneurs but of the xico-smart class!!

Hippy festival mixed with corporate festival, and not a lot of good feeling (or music) to balance the two.

The music and artists are very good but the payment system implemented to consume any beverages(water, beer, juice) is a complete scam. They implemented a digital system with a card, no payments with credit/debit card or money accepted at the counter so: First, the card has a 1,5€ cost mandatory, the cup reusable is 1€ non-refundable if you want to have draught beverage. On top of that, the excess money inserted in this card can be returned if you pay a fee of 1€. In the end 3.5€ to implement this digital and "free/eco-friendly" plastic system.

I've been on this festival before and that's why i decided to go this year. But honestly, you have no shame. First, the spot is worse than before, the ticket now is 18euros per day and we have to pay 1,5euros to get a card, then to pay 1euro for a cup, which we cannot give back, and pay 1 more euro to take our money back from the card.... please, next time put more taxes, also because the prices are not high enough. We went there around 19h and basically enjoyed concerts maximum 1:30-2h. Another very weird thing was that the most crowded concerts were inside(??) And people were allowed to smoke?!? Like for real? I went out for a second to take fresh air (from the small door on one of the sides) cuz it was impossible to breathe inside. I literally just put my head out and when i was goin to enter again, the security told me i can't. So I was left alone without my friends, who were just behind the curtains of the door. Yes, I understand that there is some capacity and stuff, but what happened was kinda ridiculous. In total I spent around 40-50 euros and undortunately I regret it. :(

The organization is very, very chaotic. They make everything complicated. We were supposed to be VIP and thus no pay for food or drinks but they couldn't find / didn't know who to contact for our VIP cashless card, so after an hour of waiting for someone to tell us where they were, we gave up. The place is cool (though they won't let regular people get in if they have cameras, which should be better specified) and the location is far. The music is diverse and that's definitely the best part. It was also difficult to find what we were meant to see sometimes, as there are music shows in different areas and it's hard to know which one one should attend (we waiting on the big scenario for a long time for something to happen, when there was a show in a small room nearby). However, if you like urban places it's a great place to go, especially to find new bands to follow!
