★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achat d'une batterie le 28/10/2021 pour 138.33 euros. Difficultés de démarrage quand pas roulé depuis 2 jours. Réclamation au magasin le 3/02. Mesure batterie de 76 % fait par feu vert. Considère OK, alors que 1h de route pour venir !!! Refuse de prendre sous garantie. Du racheter nouvelle batterie ailleurs. Magasin à fuir !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende do turno, 2h para trocar os pneus... O carro tive 1h30 com 3 jantes fora, e os empregados na treta... Se fosse os patrões ia ver as câmaras... O chef ou gerente da oficina ainda é pior, esse é que não quer nada com a vida a não ser o ordenado... Basta ver as câmeras... Nuncas mais vou lá....
Depends on the shift, 2h to change the tires... The car took 1h30 with 3 rims out, and the employees were bullshit... If I were the bosses, I'd check the cameras... The chef or workshop manager is even worse, this is the one who wants nothing to do with life but the salary... Just look at the cameras... I'll never go there again....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Em meus 48 anos nunca fui tratado com tanto descaso, desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo!
Fui trocar o óleo da viatura e marquei hora, cheguei 20 minutos antes e me disseram que eu seria avisado por ligação. Passado 100 minutos voltei a loja e a viatura foi esquecida no estacionamento.
Não fizeram a troca e sai de lá completamente indignado por ter perdido horas a espera de um serviço que não foram capazes de realizar.
Cuidado. Se esquecem de uma simples troca de óleo não consigo nem imaginar o que pode ocorrer em um serviço complexo.
Enquanto eu viver não piso novamente nessa marca deplorável!
Terrible attendance. In my 48 years I have never been treated with such carelessness, disrespect and lack of professionalism!
I went to change the oil in the car and made an appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early and was told that I would be notified by call. After 100 minutes I returned to the store and the car was forgotten in the parking lot.
They didn't make the change and left there completely indignant for having wasted hours waiting for a service they weren't able to perform.
Caution. If they forget a simple oil change, I can't even imagine what can happen in a complex service.
As long as I live I won't step on that deplorable mark again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 bateria marca Feuvert em Janeiro de 2021 , onde estava escrito garantia 3 anos. Passados cerca de 7 meses acendeu informação no ecran do carro que se estava a passar problema com carregamento da bateria. Com a insistência desta situação , voltei a feuvert de Braga ( após 1 ano de comora) e a baetria estava simplesmente queimada. Diagnóstico da Feuvert : o meu carro estaria com problema eletrico e que não era problema da bateria. Pediram me para recorrer a um eletricista para fazer diagnóstico ao sistema elétrico do carro. Assim fiz , o carro esteve em análise dutante 1 dia. Tudo normal. Levei relatório a Feuvert nao foi aceite e não me colocaram nova bateria. Para fazer reclamação foi me dito para o fazer via digital! Por fim para poder conduzir o meu carro tive de comprar outra bateria noutro fornnecedor, como nao poderia deixar de ser. E até agora tudo impecável. Não aconselho.
I bought 1 Feuvert brand battery in January 2021, where it said 3 years warranty. After about 7 months, information came on on the car's screen that there was a problem with battery charging. With the insistence of this situation, I returned to Braga's feuvert (after 1 year of comora) and the battery was simply burned. Feuvert diagnosis: my car would have an electrical problem and it was not a battery problem. I was asked to call an electrician to diagnose the car's electrical system. So I did, the car was under analysis for 1 day. Everything normal. I took a report to Feuvert, it was not accepted and they didn't put me in a new battery. To make a complaint I was told to do it digitally! Finally, to be able to drive my car, I had to buy another battery from another supplier, of course. And so far everything is impeccable. I do not advise.
