★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao fim de 1 mês de espera para uma limpeza aos meus equipamentos, no dia marcado liguei e foi me dito que não viriam e que só tinham disponibilidade para 1 mês depois. Perdi um dia de trabalho para nada. Mau de mais, sem respeito por ninguém.
After 1 month of waiting to clean my equipment, on the appointed day I called and was told that they would not come and that they only had availability for 1 month later. I missed a day of work for nothing. Too bad, no respect for anyone.

Esperei pelo técnico até às 10:15 e resolvi ligar a perguntar quando é que chegariam, a resposta foi que estavam atrasados numa obra, na qual eu respondi que os telemóveis foram inventados para haver comunicação e para este tipo de problemas. Depois foi-me dito que comunicariam comigo pelas 16:30, antes 10 min. De fecharem, ou seja, pelas 17:50 tornei a ligar com a firma e obtive a mesma resposta e respondi o que tinha respondido anteriormente. Caros leitores esqueçam esta firma, existem outras que acredito que sejam mais responsáveis e pontuais. Vcês não venham agora dizer que eu é que fui inflexível, quase como “ chama-lhe p… antes que te chamem a ti” eu esperei até ás 17:55 e nunca ninguém me ligou, o que quer dizer que vcês são um bando de incompetentes…
