★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me a esta agência afim de fazer uma prova de vida com a minha avó, que é dependente, (só vê de uma vista mal e mobilidade reduzida) mas o Sr que nos atendeu recusou-se a aceitar e facilitar o mesmo, preocupou se mais em ficar com a razão e enervando-nos com este sucedido, alegando que a pandemia alterou alguns procedimentos e basicamente disse-nos que não é trabalho dele e que com o tempo que fomos lá, já tínhamos ligado para a linha ou até mesmo ido ao Marco de correio ao lado( se houvesse Bom Senso e Bom Atendimento teria o feito ele mesmo esse processo simples e evitava tudo isto). Com certeza, este Sr responsável e credenciado, não teria reagido de igual forma se fosse para vender! Pois hoje em dia tudo se pode comprar via telefone ou internet. Então para quê, estas agências?!..
I went to this agency in order to do a proof of life with my grandmother, who is dependent, (she only sees with a bad eyesight and reduced mobility) but the Mr who attended us refused to accept and facilitate the same, worried if more to stay with the reason and unnerving us with what happened, claiming that the pandemic changed some procedures and basically told us that it's not his job and that by the time we went there, we had already called the line or even I went to the Marco de Correio next door (if there was Good Sense and Good Service, he would have done this simple process himself and avoided all this). Surely, this responsible and accredited Mr, would not have reacted in the same way if it were to sell! Because nowadays everything can be bought via phone or internet. So why these agencies?!..
