★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there for 4 nights. Great location, near to everywhere and just next to the subway . Very kind Staff , quick service, really good food in the hotel restaurant. Nice design of the hotel and restaurant. I sincerely recommend this hotel for stay in Lisbon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We returned to the hotel at 17:00 and the room had not been cleaned even though we had left the relevant light (green) on.
The tragic thing is that the reception stated that the cleaning process is completed at 19:00 (!!!) and if we wanted it earlier we would have to inform about it (!!!)
Unfortunately we have to stay for 2 nights more.
4 star hotel? No way ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean room with enough space to put everything and electrical blind and curtains, very good service and tasty breakfast with healthy choices, exceptional view to the Praça da Figueira. The only downside was the RFID key was very sensitive to magnet/phone signal, we needed to go back to the reception several times to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Excellent and friendly service, beautiful clean hotel rooms, breakfast was fine, location is very central to everything, and amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend Figueira By The Boutique Hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in a fabulous location, everything within walking distance. Metro outside the door. Staff very friendly. Room was beautiful and held excellent views out over the rossio square. Room was very comfortable. Only downfall was the lack of plug sockets available in the room, very difficult to charge phones and use other appliances. Breakfast was good each morning, plenty of selection to suit all taste. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small room but modern amenities and extremely helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help me with the difficult task of scheduling a COVID test on a Sunday before my flight, they were also very helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast included with the room rate and was decent overall. The property is very centrally located within walking distance to all of the main city attractions and restaurants and shops. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
