Nem uma desculpa foi dada, parecem nao se importar. nada simpatico desiludida com a nova gerencia.2 paradas a fazer nada quando perguntei se poderia fazer mais 1 servico ja que estavam vazias foi recusado . Nao recomendo
I booked henna service, not only did they not have a specialist to do it, but they did something different without even asking. Not an apology was given, they don't seem to mind. nothing simpatico disappointed with the new manager.2 stops doing nothing when i asked if i could do 1 more service since they were empty was refused. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz gelinho, fiquei com ondas na unha, não ficou liso. Falta de higiene do espaço, nada é limpo, tudo onde toquei estava sujo. As brocas, limas e corta cutículas passam de cliente em cliente sem serem desifetados. Feito à pressa, pedi opções de cor, só me deram uma e para fazer algo mais elaborado a funcionária disse que não tinha tempo.
I made ice cream, I had waves on my nails, it wasn't smooth. Lack of space hygiene, nothing is clean, everything I touched was dirty. Drills, files and cuticle cutters are passed from client to client without being disinfected. Made in a hurry, I asked for color options, they only gave me one and to make something more elaborate the employee said she didn't have time.
