É tentar entrar em contato, ser respondido de forma genérica e perder vontade de acionar qualquer tipo de serviço porque não sabem prestar assistencia adequada (ou qualquer assistencia em geral).
I do not recommend, starting with the service. They are not able to interpret a problem and present a possible solution.
It's trying to get in touch, being answered in a generic way and losing the will to activate any type of service because they don't know how to provide adequate assistance (or any assistance in general).
