★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem os telefones. Depois de 2 horas a tentar, finalmente alguém atendeu, mas imediatamente desligou-me o telefone na cara. Uma atitude deplorável dessa pessoa que desconhece os códigos de conduta e de ética profissional. Pagamos impostos para isto?!
They never answer the phones. After 2 hours of trying, someone finally answered, but immediately hung up on me. A deplorable attitude of that person who does not know the codes of conduct and professional ethics. Do we pay taxes for this ?!

A Senhora que me atendeu foi mal educada, arrogante, agressiva, má conduta e com uma competência profissional bastante duvidosa.
Não estava identificada, no entanto, no fim perguntei lhe o seu nome educadamente, (Ana Mendes). De relembrar que por estarem a trabalhar com marcações e á porta fechada, proporciona um ambiente bastante intimidativo.
Good afternoon, I went today 04/28/2021 at 11 am with an appointment to the Finance department of Carcavelos, where I was deplorably attended.
The lady who attended me was rude, arrogant, aggressive, bad conduct and with very doubtful professional competence.
I was not identified, however, in the end I asked her name politely, (Ana Mendes). Remember that because they are working with appointments and behind closed doors, it provides a very intimidating environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for 3 and a half hours just to hand a document and after all this wait the guy had to go to lunch so I wasted a whole morning. Slow, lazy, understaffed and unnefficient service which is ironic since the tax office is fast, efficient, and proactive when charging you ridiculous amounts of money for small mistakes like putting the wrong tax on a lemonade. Maybe if the thieves that run this country had to go through what normal citizens go through they would steall 24k less every year to invest in staff and conditions.
