Em Abril 2016, enviei a declaração de rendimentos 2015, categoria A e a 03/10/2016 ainda não recebi o reembolso! Dia 29/09/2016, na repartição de finanças Lisboa 9 disseram que tinham feito o registo de envio dia 24/09/2016. Dia 30/09/2016 fui aos CTT e nem sequer há ainda registo!
In April 2016, I submitted the 2015 Income Statement, category A and on 03/10/2016 I have not received the refund yet! On 9/29/2016, at the Lisbon 9 Finance Office, they said they had made their registration on 9/24/2016. Day 30/09/2016 I went to CTT and there is not even registration!

Não me importo de esperar nestas situações, só me importo quando existem 2 balcões a atender a senha A e apenas 1 a atender a senha B (IRS, IVA, etc). A senha B tem assuntos muito mais demorados. Enquanto estive quase 2 horas à espera de ser atendida, as pessoas com senha A, mal entravam, eram imediatamente atendidas. Deveria haver uma melhor gestão para resolver este problema. Por último, sendo um lugar onde as pessoas esperam muito, é inadmissível não haver uma casa de banho para os utentes.
I don't mind waiting in these situations, I only care when there are 2 counters to answer password A and only 1 to answer password B (IRS, VAT, etc.). Password B has much longer issues. While I was almost 2 hours waiting to be answered, people with password A, as soon as they entered, were immediately attended to. There should be better management to address this problem. Finally, being a place where people expect a lot, it is unacceptable that there is no bathroom for users.

To deal with IRS matter I went to this office. By appointment, there was a slight delay more than offset by the quality of care and the help provided. copy

Few customers yet slow service. Staffs are not too grumpy like other offices. Near the metro station of chelas. They need to add more staffs to service the customers here as it is really slow and some customer's cases take more time. Nevertheless this place is easy to find and maybe not too busy like the other Finanças offices in central lisbon. Cafes and mercado are available around

Worst Tax Service in Lisbon, no privacy, poorly qualified staff, poorly managed. IDT these people know what's data protection. Citizens should be able to deal with Tax services where they're best served and not where their address is registered. Or the entire staff should be rotated.
