Com o COVID 19 está funcionando também por telefones e no e-balcão. O site é bem confuso ,quando melhorar o site darei 5 estrelas. Contudo, falta investimento na infraestrutura do prédio, melhorando isso os cidadãos ficaram felizes, o prédio parece até abandonado ,o espaço precisa de reformas. They speak portuguese only here, the employees may try to explain in English but I would recommend to refrain from asking for that? Answered all questions, all done rather quickly, politely.
