Quando fui ao monitor ver o andamento do atendimento, estava na senha 43!!! Mais de 80 pessoas à minha frente...
Este Governo só cativa e não faz admissões de pessoal, nem faz investimento público, degradando todos os serviços.
Nas Finanças, na Saúde, na Justiça, na Educação, nos Transportes, está instalado o caos.
Os sacrificados, para além dos utentes, são os profissionais que, mesmo assim, procuram dar o seu melhor.
Uma vergonha!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje necessitem de ir ao Serviço deFinanças Loures 1 e infelizmente ia acompanhada com um senhor com dificuldades em subir escadas, pois precisava de ir tratar de um assunto sobre património e tive que subir escadas com o senhor até ao terceiro andar.
Como podemos ter um serviço público sem acesso para todos. O que acontece quando alguém vem em cadeira de rodas ou uma mãe com o bebê no carrinho? Nem uma rampa tem à entrada do prédio.

How can we have a public service without access for everyone. What happens when someone comes in a wheelchair or a mother with the baby in the stroller? Not a ramp has at the entrance of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida e bem informada. O atendimento telefónico penso que não está a funcionar mas existe um número geral da AT que funciona bem.
I was very well attended and well informed. The telephone answering service I think is not working but there is a general TA number that works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei hoje a repartição as 9:00, tirei a senha A, para tratar do IMI. Fui o numero 3 e as 9:25, já estava a tomar o pequeno almoço com tudo tratado :-). Eu como sou uma pessoa precavida levei o papel já preenchido. Quem me atendeu teve inclusive a amabilidade de me explicar tudo. Muito obrigado.
I arrived at the office today at 9:00, I took the password A, to deal with IMI. I was number 3 and 9:25, was already having breakfast with everything treated :-). As I am a cautious person I took the already completed paper. Those who attended me were kind enough to explain everything to me. Thank you.
