Liguei. Fui atendida quase de imediato. Atendimento efectuado por 2 pessoas: simpáticas, prestáveis e eficientes. Nada a dizer!! Para estes funcionários o meu muito obrigada e Bom trabalho!
I called. I was attended to almost immediately. Service provided by 2 people: friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing to say!! To these employees my thanks and good job!

Uma vergonha de secção , ninguém atende os telefones , e quando se vai lá estão todos à conversa sem ninguém lá dentro, devia de ir um inspetor mistério , ver a pouca vergonha que são os serviços.
A shame in the section, no one answers the phones, and when you go there they are all talking with no one inside, a mystery inspector should go, see how little shame the services are.

Para além de não atenderem os telefones e deixarem os cidadãos numa longa espera, também não cumprem com o serviço de atendimento agendado. Agendei o levantamento do cc para as 13h30, cheguei ao local às 13h20, e eram 14h10 e ainda não me tinham chamado para entregar o cc. Os serviços públicos em Portugal são uma vergonha.
In addition to not answering the phones and leaving citizens in a long wait, they also do not comply with the scheduled answering service. I scheduled the cc to be picked up at 1:30 pm, I arrived at the place at 1:20 pm, and it was 2:10 pm and they still hadn't called me to deliver the cc. Public services in Portugal are a disgrace.

Existem uma grande falta de organização. Apenas um vigilante a segurar e orientar a situação que pouco mais pode fazer. Não há muitos lugares de espera. E os sistemas operativos parecem ser desculpa legítima dos funcionários para não estar o serviço em pleno, pois estou a ver com os meus próprios olhos
There is a great lack of organization. Only a vigilante to handle and guide the situation that little more can be done. There aren't many waiting places. And operating systems seem like a legitimate excuse for employees not to be in full service, as I'm seeing it with my own eyes.

The people working ate too old and they don't like working there, they find problems where there aren't and make people waste their time. Building is old, service inefficient a total shame how the public services of portugal work. As pessoas a trabalhar não estão contentes e de idade avançada, completamente estouradas e com alguma antipatia. Encontram problemas onde não existem e fazem os contribuintes perder tempo. Edifício é antigo, serviços antigos, equipamentos antigos uma verdadeira desilusão para o serviço público de Portugal.

I am a foreigner speaking bad portuguese so I: Arranged meeting via phone with lady who didn't know a word in english and didn't write down the purpose of my meeting. Arrived 2mins late, waited for another 10mins to be let inside and got shouted at for being late. I sat down, told the lady the purpose of my visit and got shouted at because it wasn't written in the papers. Then got transfered to another lady who could not possibly be more annoyed by me. All for wanting to give money to the state. All in all horrible experience.
