Liguei na semana passada para fazer um agendamento para meu filho e fui atendida primeiro por um senhor que fez a marcação e foi xcepecionalmente atencioso. Após tive que desmarcar pois faltava um documento e fui atendida tambem por uma senhora muito educada e atenciosa. Hoje liguei para remarcar e infelizmente fui atendida por uma pessima funcionaria com o nome de Fatima , que me atendeu ja com ma vontade e ainda tudo o que seus colegas me diseram possivel fazer ela disse o contrário. É uma pena que depois dos dois atendimentos maravilhosos que tive , tive o azar de ser atendida por essa pessoa que parece trabalhar por obrigação e sem vontade. Com certeza irei colocar no registro de reclamações.
It's amazing how you can change the service from one employee to another. I called last week to make an appointment for my son and was answered first by a man who made the appointment and was exceptionally attentive. After that I had to unmark because I lacked a document and I was also attended by a very polite and caring lady. Today I called to reschedule and unfortunately I was assisted by a very bad employee named Fatima, who attended me already grudgingly and even with everything her colleagues told me it was possible to do she said otherwise. It's a shame that after the two wonderful services I had, I had the misfortune of being assisted by this person who seems to work out of obligation and unwillingly. I will definitely put it in the complaints log.
