★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are traveling through Aljustrel, this is a must visit! Do not let it fool you for being in a hotel...this is authentic Alentejo dishes! Very satisfying with every aspect, from the cleanliness, to the staff and the food/price! The açorda is authentic taste(I should know, my family is from here). The migas are also recommended. Wine selection is perfect to pair with any of the dishes. Each dish can basically be shared for two. The price is more than justified to the quality and service that is received. Hygiene is up to standards! Very friendly and professional staff! Highly recommended!
