★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um espaço fantástico para praticar desporto em várias modalidades com um currículo forte na formação para o profissionalismo. Para complementar o espaço existe o Conservatório de música de elevado estatuto e o departamento de fisioterapia muito requisitado no conselho e não só.
 A fantastic space to practice sports in various sports with a strong curriculum in training for professionalism. Complementing the space there is the prestigious Music Conservatory and the physiotherapy department, which is much in demand on the board and beyond.

It's a good association, but it's time to improve the spas that have been like this for 20 years and most showers no longer work in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly but swimming is not cheap. They charge for every visit. If you are a member it should be free access to the premises like every other single place I've been to before. Definitely don't understand why charge for every visit to the pool if I am already paying a membership fee.

Big swimming pool and court area are it's main attractions.
It has other rooms to practice other sports, martial arts and dance.
A café inside takes care of refilling your energy on the way out ;)
