★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Profissionalismo. Contactei na Feira da Estética Expo2018, fiz uma encomenda e deixei os meus contactos, nunca disseram nada. Voltei a contactar em Dezembro de 2018, e falei com Paulo Santana, disse que me retornava a ligação, mais 2 semanas e nada. Depois falei com uma Ana Martins no dia 08/01/2019 e fiz uma encomenda de Rolo TNT, os de rolo de papel não tinham, estavam a espera do fornecedor. Ela pediu-me para enviar os dados da empresa para fazer a factura e enviar-me o nib, para eu fazer a transferência. Hoje dia 16/01/2019 ligo para saber do nib que ela tinha ficado de enviar-me e a telefonista diz-me que o TNT está esgotado e não tem previsão para receberem. Uma pouca vergonha, não sei como uma empresa desta, ainda continua no mercado. Francamente!
Terrible Professionalism. I contacted at the Estética Expo2018 Fair, placed an order and left my contacts, they never said anything. I contacted him again in December 2018, and spoke with Paulo Santana, he said he would call me back, 2 more weeks and nothing. Then I spoke with an Ana Martins on 01/08/2019 and placed an order for TNT Rolls, the paper rolls didn't have them, they were waiting for the supplier. She asked me to send the company data to make the invoice and send me the nib, so I can make the transfer. Today, 16/01/2019, I call to find out about the nib she had sent me and the operator tells me that the TNT is sold out and there is no forecast for them to receive it. A little shame, I don't know how a company like this is still in the market. Quite frankly!
