Staff interessado e profissional, balneários e sala limpos, máquinas e aparelhos suficientes para os meus objetivos e horários que cobrem a maioria das necessidades. Bom preço mas não ter os banhos incluídos penaliza ligeiramente. As regras aplicadas no espaço durante a pandemia também parecem ser adequadas, apesar de existirem utilizadores que não cumprem sempre, apesar da advertência do staff na tentativa de se fazerem cumprir as ditas regras. Espaço seguro e confortável no qual me sinto confortável desde há vários anos. I've been going to this gym for years. Interested and professional staff, clean changing rooms and room, enough machines and appliances for my goals and schedules that cover most needs. Good price but not having baths included penalizes slightly. The rules applied in space during the pandemic also seem to be adequate, although there are users who do not always comply, despite the staff warning in trying to enforce the said rules. Safe and comfortable space in which I have been comfortable for several years.

After a month of what happened, I was soon contacted by the manager of the gym in question, who apologized for what happened.. I spoke to the employee to clarify the situation, everything was resolved.. Today I receive good morning in a good environment...

Uma vez que eu finalmente cheguei, a mulher rude da recepção me disse que eu não poderia trabalhar nos meus sapatos que eu tinha andado lá. Eles eram sapatos Nike novos. Já tinha trabalhado na fábrica de fitness em Peniche e nunca tinha ouvido uma regra tão estranha. Perguntei se eu poderia ser uma exceção, já que andei todo aquele caminho ou apenas me exercitei de meia, a mulher disse que não e não me deu nenhuma solução. Não consegui me exercitar e tive que andar todo o caminho de volta. Não voltarei. I was very disappointed with my experience at this fitness factory. I'm from the US so I had to walk 3km to get to this gym. Once I finally arrived, the rude woman at the front desk told me I couldn't work on my shoes as I had walked there. They were new Nike shoes. I had already worked at the fitness factory in Peniche and I had never heard such a strange rule. I asked if I could be an exception since I walked all that way or just exercised in my socks, the woman said no and didn't give me any solution. I couldn't exercise and had to walk all the way back. I won't.
