★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish I could leave a better review bc some of the staff are great people and really tried to help me out.
Having said that, I went in requesting access for 20 days, ended up paying for 45, had a ton of back and fourth with the club support email - there’s no customer service phone number; had to deal with constantly being given different information from different staff members and ultimately I felt like I was constantly frustrated by their membership sustem which is unnecessarily complicated and seems to be built to abuse their members.
Definitely one of those places I will never be going back to and that I would not refer to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is small and overcrowded. They organise group class in the middle of the gym with music at maximum volume wich makes it even worse. It ends up being expensive for what it is. 1 more star because the staff is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off. They lure you in with a special offer, but the prices are deceptive. They do not give you proof of the price when you sign up so when you see you are being charged double, they tell you it was your mistake. They charge for another 30 days, even if you cancel right away. Staff speak to down to women disrespectfully. Want to look in my bag. Charge for tap water! Customer service only via email and can takes a week to respond. Was charge 90 euros to go the gym 3 times. My boyfriend was given a lower price, and was able to cancel with no problems. Obviously a double standard and very sad representation of Portugese businesses. No respect. They make money off of unsuspecting people but no interest in the long term customer. Prices too high to make money legitimately, just a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I train at this gym because it’s the easiest option only. It is tiny and always packed. The pricing is a scam. Some of the staff is nice and welcoming, but some have made me feel unwelcome there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is ok but EXTREMELY crowded. I really don t recommend it for that reason. You have to wait for every machine, it's impossible to do a proper workout. Better do pushups at home. Even in the night 1 hour before closing every machine is full.
Other than that the gym is nice. The stuff is very nice.
