★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima recepção pela colaboradora da entrada, estando mesmo muito próxima da má educação na forma e no tom. O mesmo se passa com outros colaboradores (incluindo PTs) deste fitness Hut de Setúbal. Ocupação confortável, a cerca de 60% permitindo bom uso das máquinas de musculação sem grandes paragens. A nota recai mesmo na necessidade urgente de formação e controlo de pessoal.
Terrible reception by the employee at the entrance, being very close to poor manners in form and tone. The same happens with other employees (including PTs) of this fitness Hut de Setúbal. Comfortable occupancy, at around 60%, allowing good use of the weight machines without major stops. The note even falls on the urgent need for training and control of personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Estrelas para todo o Staff , agora tenho que condenar o facto de quem só pode ir às 7 e 8 da manhã não tem aulas por exemplo de Body Pump apesar de pagar o plano com tudo , rever esta situação
5 Stars for all the Staff , now I have to condemn the fact that those who can only go at 7 and 8 in the morning do not have classes for example Body Pump despite paying the plan with everything , review this situation

Hj precisei de um item para me auxiliar em um exercício, a funcionária da portaria disse que o tal item “empresta quem quer” e q ela não emprestaria. Ao procurar o gerente Paulo, junto da funcionária, o mesmo disse que não iria emprestar, ficando assim o bom senso dá funcionária em mudar de ideia e resolver o meu problema.
Gostaria de deixar explícito aqui a minha indignação com a atitude arrogante do gerente, onde em momento algum olhou pra mim, ou se quer dirigiu-me a palavra.Do que adianta colocar funcionários dedicados e motivados a conquistar novos clientes, e ter um gestor como este fazendo exatamente o contrário frustrando clientes. Isso só me faz crêr que a marca FitnessHut não esteja a precisar de clientes, por isso gestores andam a agir desta maneira. Trabalho a semana toda lidando com clientes, e quando sou eu o cliente, quero ser bem atendido, meu dinheiro não nasce em árvore para desperdiçar em local onde não sou bem tratado. Vou dar mais um voto de confiança a esta marca, por morar próximo do ginásio. Próxima atitude mesquinha posso cancelar meu débito direto e ir a FitnessUp ou Be Fit.
I have been training at this branch in Setúbal for a year now. Today I needed an item to help me in an exercise, the receptionist said that this item “lends anyone who wants to” and that she would not lend. When looking for the manager Paulo, with the employee, he said he would not lend, so common sense gives the employee to change her mind and solve my problem.
I would like to make explicit here my indignation with the manager's arrogant attitude, where he never looked at me, or even addressed me. this doing the exact opposite frustrating customers. That just makes me believe that the FitnessHut brand is not in need of customers, so managers are acting this way. I work all week dealing with clients, and when I'm the client, I want to be well served, my money doesn't grow on trees to be wasted in places where I'm not treated well. I'm going to give this brand another vote of confidence, as it lives close to the gym. Next petty thing I can cancel my direct debit and go to FitnessUp or Be Fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the locker rooms were clean, I paid 9€ for a daily pass that only lasted 2h.
In the overall it was really bad, the weights were all over the place, it was not a good experience at all. Wouldn’t recommend it to any gym lover, it was really awful.
There was barely any mirrors, if not at all in the squat rack section, which makes no sense if you wanna know your posture during the exercise, and you must want to.
Overall 2/10
