Nos balneários são dadas as condições necessárias para o efeito de limpeza depois do treino. São todos muito profissionais e merecem as cinco estrelas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think the facilities are good and tidy for the space given for training. The pts are friendly and respect the users of the gym. In the changing rooms, the conditions necessary for the cleaning effect are given after training. They are all very professional and deserve the five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

É um ginásio com um ambiente familiar com vários PT que são fantásticos, e orientam-nos sempre dando-nos força para não desistirmos do foco! Possui todo o tipo de treinos, desde os mais profissionais até a quem não se encontra em boa forma física. Possui aulas de tudo; treinos livres e máquinas! Mas também nos acompanham com a alimentação quando é essa a nossa necessidade. Que mais poderei dizer? Que não mudo de ginásio! Pelo ambiente; localização e até mesmo pelo preço! Preços top! Fica em São Domingos de Benfica, há sempre lugares para estacionarmos e ainda é uma zona calma mesmo ao lado da rotunda na rua Reinaldo dos Santos, e que até podermos sair do ginásio e passarmos pelo supermercado de alimentação fit ? mesmo a meio minuto. Experimentem! Podem comprovar com uma aula avulso por exemplo, e comprovarem tudo o que vos digo! Já disse que é um ginásio familiar? Que fazem jantares de natal e convívios de futebol? Claro, agora com o covid estão restritos os ajuntamentos, mas dentro deste ginásio a segurança está super garantida! Comprovem! Best tip ... TRY IT !!! I really like this gym! It is a gym with a family atmosphere with several PTs that are fantastic, and they guide us, always giving us the strength not to give up the focus! It has all kinds of training, from the most professional to those who are not in good physical shape. It has classes for everything; free training and machines! But they also accompany us with food when that is our need. What else can I say? I don't change gym! For the environment; location and even for the price! Top prices! It is in São Domingos de Benfica, there are always places to park and it is still a quiet area right next to the roundabout on Rua Reinaldo dos Santos, and that until we can leave the gym and go through the fit food supermarket ? even in half a minute. Try it! You can check with a separate class for example, and check everything I tell you! Did I say it's a family gym? Who do Christmas dinners and football gatherings? Of course, now with the covid the gatherings are restricted, but inside this gym the security is super guaranteed! Check it out!
