Continuam a tirar dinheiro aos clientes mesmo sob condições que não estão no contrato, como confinamento e encerramento das instalações. MUITO MAU. Very unprofessional, they do not have customer service via email or cell phone. Vendem um plano e te cobram outro! Não sei pk não vi cá tanta reclamações como ouço nas ruas! Esse mês debitaram em minha conta ta 48,40 euros e vai ser o motivo de escrever no livro de reclamações logo a noite e tb o cancelamento da minha matrícula! Lamentável pois treinei no mesmo grupo em Vila Real e nunca tive problema com cobranças indevidas. Nota zero para o gyn de são João da Madeira! p	paula silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um ginásio que a comunicação e informação não é coerente já na recepção,dizem uma coisa ao cliente e depois já é diferente com outra colaboradora, não trabalham com a informação exata e unânime e enganam os clientes, já mudaram o gerente mesmo assim continua tudo igual... Quanto aos PTs são no geral muito profissionais mas têm outros que deixam muito a desejar... Desilusão é esta a palavra. It's a gym where communication and information is not coherent at the reception, they say one thing to the customer and then it's different with another employee, they don't work with exact and unanimous information and deceive customers, they've already changed the manager, but everything continues the same... As for the PTs, they are in general very professional but there are others who leave a lot to be desired... Disillusionment is the word.

Para quem quer ler : Fitness UP, fui hoje, no dia da inauguração experimentar. Tenho a dizer que é um ginásio muito bom na relação qualidade / preço. Sendo a qualidade a melhor que já vi, tem máquinas todas novas, topo de gama, marca Elipse, tem zona de crossfit, boxing, musculação, cardio etc. As salas de treino de grupo são excelentes e até tem um espaço para fazer aulas online. O staff é fantástico, amigável e muito conhecedor. Recomendo a 100% e no intuito de transparência digo já que pago 3.90€ por semana, posso vir todos os dias com horário limitado e horário livre ao fim de semana. Ainda não experimentei nenhuma aula mas espero que sejam boas. For those who do not want to waste time reading: they will be worth a try and will leave very impressed. The quality being the best I've ever seen, it has all new machines, top of the range, Elipse brand, crossfit, boxing, weight training, cardio etc. The group training rooms are excellent and even have a space to take classes online. The staff is fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend it 100% and for the sake of transparency I say that since I pay 3.90 € per week, I can come every day with limited hours and free time at the weekend. I haven't tried any classes yet but I hope they are good.

From so many negative comments, both announced and unannounced, I don't set foot in this gym. I'd rather train in another gym than this one.

A simpatia e compreensão existe apenas quando tudo corre como pretendem, quando isso não acontece tornam-se pessoas do mais antipático que possa existir.Zelam apenas pela obtenção do lucro do clube e esquecem-se da satisfação do cliente. Esta má experiência foi obtida atraves do clube de São João da Madeira, pelo que não sei se se estende aos restantes (esperemos que não) A lot of lack of professionalism, lack of coherence in the information provided by the different employees. Sympathy and understanding only exist when everything goes as they want, when that doesn't happen, they become the most unsympathetic people that can exist. They only care about obtaining the club's profit and forget about customer satisfaction. This bad experience was obtained through the São João da Madeira club, so I don't know if it extends to the rest (hopefully not)
