We travelled quite far and encountered a few problems with the language too and they were ready to help us get through it on the phone too.
Highly recommend them! A 100 times better than the big players. Always better to rent local. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing company, first time in Portugal and I was looking to rent a car but as a student it was hard to find a place that didn’t charge a young driver fee or require a credit card, but this place didn’t require either of those and accepted cash! Both the women working there were super friendly and very communicative, and the car - the Mitsubishi Outlander was an excellent car to rent. If I am ever back in Porto I would definitely rent from this place again.

Fair prices and real transparency. Highly recommended!
There is no need for credit cards (which nowadays not everybody have) and the insurance is included.
