★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed the bus. That would be fine if it wasn’t just my fault. I tried to change the journey on the website more than 15 minutes earlier as we are instructed to do. Nothing worked. Then I decided to call and ask for help. They weren’t working until 9AM but my bus was at 8h50AM so if the website doesn’t work and I cannot ask for help, what should I do? The traffic was SUPER BAD IN LISBON and I knew in advance I wouldn’t make it. But I tried. When I arrived at the station 12 min late, I tried asking others drivers for help and they told me to go to their counter. I got there and it looks like the lady don’t enjoy flixbus either - she told me that unfortunately I lost all my money and a new tkt was 15€ + 2 € fee (that’s for 1 passenger // we were 2 pax). The thing is I could prevent it but they didn’t allowed me to and that’s not ok. I’ve been using FlixBus since it arrived in Portugal and even tho it was not the best I could bear it because the bus get to places. But I’m very disappointed. The cheaper got more expensive and I will be late for work. Don’t recommend at all if you want some customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Economical. Clean. They have washroom in the bus. Some drivers are not as friendly. Why don't they display destination on the front of the bus. Clock inside the bus didn't have correct time. Wifi only good for light browsing... not for YouTube..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap, clean, efficient and mostly on time. I took it between Lisbon and Porto after my train was cancelled. If possible book early to get super low fare.

Trip was super chilled and comfy as almost empty, bus was clean, they made a break after 2hours for fresh air and bathroom. Arrived on time and completely relaxed. Flawless service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two two-way tickets from Porto to Lisbon and back. The bus was on time and in both travels the drivers were nice and efficient. When we arrived to Porto we forgot to pick up our luggage and asked another FlixBus driver if he could help us (ours had already left). He put us in contact with our driver and he was very polite and assured us if the luggage was still there, he would leave in the Bus final stop. We picked it up in the next day with everything intact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was on time. The directions are understandable and there is free WiFi on board and a toilet. Very good price if you can take advantage of discounts or book ahead (we got 3 return tickets for 6 euros total!). I've traveled with then multiple times and never had any problem.
